Report Retrieval

*Please note: All communication must be submitted in writing. No telephone calls will be accepted considering our Gemologists are busy in the laboratory and are not available by phone. Unfortunately, other GLA personnel are not qualified to answer questions in reference to the information on the reports. Thank you for your patience and understanding

In order to retrieve your report online, we first must verify your identity, and then we give you a username and a password to log in to retrieve your report. Please follow the steps below:

 

1. Report Registration form (form will download automatically in new window)

2. Photocopy of the report in question

3. Photocopy of the receipt/proof of purchase

4. Photocopy of your official picture identification. This identification must be in the 

     same name as the Proof of Purchase.

5. Submit all of the above documents:

Once we receive all the information requested above, and your report is verified, we will email your Username & Password to retrieve your report. If you have any other questions concerning the information on your report, please see the APPRAISAL VERIFICATION section.

 

If your report has been verified and you've received your username and password, please click the button below, to log in to view your report.
