Express By Appointment

This service takes approximately 2-3 hours, depending on the difficulty of the item. Drop off must be between 9:30am-10:30am, pick up at 4:00 pm. Appointment Service Instructions: After submission of required forms you will be contacted by our representative, and we will be ready to set up an appointment and provide you with the exact address and directions to our laboratory.

While-U-Watch -

One on one consultation. On an appointment basis. This service takes approximately 60-90 minutes, depending on the difficulty of the item. At Client's Location

GLA's Certified GIA Graduate Gemologists will come to your location and provide the services on your premises. (There is a 3-ITEM minimum for this service.)

Specialty Items

Hi-End Jewelry Watches (i.e Rolex, Cartier brands) - Mechanism, Serial/Reference # are verified by our watch specialist and then the watch is checked for alterations. Includes 3 professional photographs.

Title Transfer

If you purchased an item with a GLA report, we require that you request a Title Transfer. Follow the steps below to have the report transfered to your name so that GLA can recognize you as the rightful owner of the item. Until then, all communications must be initiated by the originator of report.

Title Transfer Procedure

Includes a new laminated report with the official seal of authenticity issued in your name. Shipping fees included. *Please note: The report will be mailed to the address that is presented on documentation. (unless, otherwise specified)
